The pupils just started to discover  the beauty of HIIT.

This week in HIIT the children were visited by a Cardiff University Researcher to help them experience a

physiotherapy interactive video game!

The HIIT team played a beep game

 It seems like HIIT started only yesterday but all things must stop and it seems this course is at the end.
