Week 1: Learning about Wellbeing!

This week, We did some learning about our schedule for Wellbeing. After learning this, We looked at some videos about wellbeing.

Week 2: Cookies and breathing!

This week,  we made some paper cookies to help us breath. We used paper and scissors.  At the end we coloured  them in and that was the end.  We also have plans for futher Wellbeing tasks too.

Week 3: Yoga and fun!

Today, we did some Yoga and Meditation. We did some simple exercises and also did some meditation.
